On January 12th, 2023, the Expedigit team had the opportunity to share our story at Farook Institute of Management Studies as part of the “Insight” program hosted by the Entrepreneur Club of FIMS. As alumni of the MBA program at FIMS, we were thrilled to be invited back to our alma mater and interact with fellow students.
The program consisted of two parts: a story-sharing session and a Q&A session. Apart from Expedigit, The other startups that were present at the event were Noureen and Naseef from Femisafe, a company that specializes in female hygiene products, and Fawas from FooFoods, a traditional food processing company
The story-sharing session was the first part of the program, and it set the stage for an engaging and informative event. Each startup was given the opportunity to share their unique journey and experiences in the industry.
Our team at Expedigit shared our story of how we started our digital solutions agency and the challenges we faced along the way. We talked about the importance of having a clear vision, a strong team, and a willingness to adapt and learn. We also highlighted some of our proudest achievements and the lessons we've learned throughout our journey.
The other startups also shared their inspiring stories and insights. We heard about the development of innovative products and services, the importance of networking and collaboration, and the challenges of scaling a business.
The story-sharing session was a great opportunity for the students to learn about the diverse paths and experiences of successful startups. It also provided a platform for the startups to share their knowledge and connect with the next generation of entrepreneurs.
The Q&A session was the highlight of the event for our team at Expedigit. The students asked a wide range of questions that were both thought-provoking and relevant to our industry. We were particularly impressed by their curiosity and eagerness to learn more about the challenges and opportunities in the field of digital solutions.
Some of the questions we received were about the process of starting a business, the role of technology in our work, and the future of our industry. We took the time to answer each question in depth, and we could tell that our insights and experiences were valuable to the students.
One of the most interesting questions we received was about how we approach problem-solving and decision-making within our company. We explained our process and how we prioritize our clients' needs and goals, and we could see that the students were impressed by our approach.

As a team, we were also incredibly touched by the warm reception and support that we received from the students, faculty, and staff at FIMS. It was clear that the Entrepreneur Club had done an amazing job of fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship on campus. We would like to extend a big thank you to the Entrepreneur Club at FIMS for inviting us to participate in this program. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity and will always cherish the memories we made during our time back at our alma mater.
We were also impressed by the high caliber of the other startups that were present at the event. It was inspiring to hear about the unique and exciting projects that they were working on, and we were honored to be in their company. It was great to reconnect with them at this program, as we had previously met at networking events in the industry. It's always a pleasure to see familiar faces and hear about their progress and success in the field.
Finally, we would like to express our appreciation for the token of appreciation that we received at the end of the event. It was a beautiful momento that we will treasure as a reminder of our time at FIMS and the connections we made during our visit.
